About HXG01 Drying Oven

Application and operating principle

HXG01 drying oven is supporting equipment for aluminum collapsible tube production line. It is used for drying tubes after base-coating and printing.

Main features

  • The control of internal temperature employs the design of automatic temperature control. FUJI temperature controller ensures the temperature within plus or minus 2   of setting temperature.
  • The electric heating components adopt stainless steel thermal resistance and have features of uniform heating and easy operation. Heating components are easy to detach and replace.
  • The machine adopts hot air circulation system (heating box, fan and air channel).
  • Heating components are easy to detach and replace. When some thermal resistance is broken, it can be replaced quickly.

Double-walled construction with glass wool insulation reduces heat loss and improves energy efficiency. The forced air circulation system, driven by a motorized fan, ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber. Safety features such as the silicon seal gasket and over-temperature protection safeguard both operator and specimens.
